Allaw is not responsible (monetarily or otherwise) for loss to User's data. It is the customers responsibility to backup your data.
Products presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished products of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the products. Replacement of the product or a part does not extend or restart the Warranty Term.
The product will be at the owner's risk whilst in transit to and from the Service Centre.
Note: For warranty units that are not processed under the advance exchange process it is the customer's responsibility to get the unit to Allaw for repair. Whether shipping the unit by courier or by post be sure to pack the unit securely with plenty of protection as physical damage may void your warranty.
